Today is the day....

Body Worlds EXHIBIT!!!

I am so excited to go and see Body Worlds today. This is an exhibit of real people who have donated their bodies to science and have been preserved in a special way . All of the cadavers have been displayed in different ways to show the human body in a more interesting way than just looking at a cadaver on a table..Its at the Leonardo at the Library in SLC and this is supposed to be an amazing exhibit. I am SUPER excited to go and see what its all about!!

My favorite thing..this week!!

As most of you can tell, I have been a huge slacker in the blogging dept, and have not posted one post this whole entire week!!! I got a comment from Natalie saying she was having withdrawls from my favorite things blogs, so heres my new favorite thing....Sudafed Severe cold!! I have had the WORST cold this week, and for all of you who have kids, you know that when you are sick, you just keep on going, but really all I want to do is just lay down and DIE!! Hopefully I am getting over this HIDEOUS cold, but based off of the way I felt this morning, its not looking good, SO theres my update, and hopefully I will be a little more exciting NEXT week!!!

Just kidding..My friends and I have decided to be really ambitious and go to yoga every Tuesday and Thursday night. Tuesday was the first day of class and can I just tell you it was killer!! I haven't been in a long time and forgot how doing all of these crazy poses and holding them for like five minutes each, can make your muscles shake like they are trying to pop out of your arms, legs and pretty much everywhere else.. My instructor was INSANE she did a pose that made her look like she was floating!! Picture a girl instead of a guy standing on us trying to make us more flexible and that's pretty much what it was like.. So tonight i get to do it all over again!! Despite all of the sore muscles and crazy instructors I am actually looking forward to it!

I am so LUCKY....

I heard this new song on the radio yesterday and it made me really think about how lucky I am..

I am so LUCKY I have an amazing husband, who works so hard and tries his hardest to support our family..

I am so LUCKY I have a supportive family who is there for me whenever I need anything at all...

I am so LUCKY for friends who make us laugh, give us support and make our lives better because they are around us...

and last but definitely not least..

I am so LUCKY to have a healthy boy, who makes each day an adventure and reminds me every day what a piece of heaven really feels like..

Please take a second to remember how LUCKY we all are to have each other, to be healthy and to be loved!!
